Secretarial services

Including attendance at Annual General Meetings, distribution of annual reports and accounts, maintenance of a company register, and dealing with solicitors regarding changes of ownership.

Accounting

Including preparation of annual budgets prior to setting of annual maintenance/service charge, collection of charge installments, payment of invoices for work/services commissioned by the Company, maintenance of income/expenditure accounts, preparation of accounts for audit, and administration of bank accounts.

Administration

Including providing further information on buildings insurance, arranging and supervising contract cleaning and obtaining quotations for and overseeing property/garden maintenance as and when the need arises.
